Old Sheffield Silver Plate Ashforth and Co Chamberstick Snuffer Silverplate

This chamberstick is marked with balance scales on the bottom. Made by Ashforth & Co. Early 1800s or late 1700s. Has 2 heraldic family crests etched into the top.

I did not polish this. The line shown in the photo number 5 is not a scratch and cannot be felt. As with all silverplated items I cannot possibly know how many times they have been polished in their lifetime so how much silver plating remains is a mystery.

Please look at the photos and determine this for yourself. It is 6.5 inches across the base.
