Lovely antique to vintage silver plate 10 tall basket style centerpiece PAIR with original glass inserts, pierced or reticulated laurel accented bases/bowls and flower & acanthus accented handles! NOT sterling silver so you'll be getting pretty much all of the elegance and visual/decorative appeal at a fraction of the cost. Perfect centerpieces on your formal dining table, fill them with rolls during dinner and whatever else you wish the rest of the time. No hallmarks that I can find but they surely date to around the turn of the century to early 1900s. One of the bowls has around a 2 long crack along the curved side but it doesn't extend any further. There is also a bit of cloudiness around the rims, not sure why. Maybe originally a silver plate rim on the glass bowls? Each is roughly 10" tall at the handle with a 4 3/4" base diameter, the glass bowls have 7 7/8 diameters. We're easy to deal with. Our fine inventory is very important.
