RARE CHRISTOFLE Drinks Set Circa 1900s. Rare high quality liqueur set, with 12 cups and glasses, decanter jug and serving tray. 1 serving tray measuring 31cm by 21cm. 12 cups and holders : height 5.5cm (2 different designs 6 or each design). 1 carafe with stopper: 19cm x maximum diameter : 9cm - diameter at the base: 6.00cm. This is a rare opportunity to own such a beautiful set from Christofle, silversmith to kings and the wealthy French This set dates to the turn of the 19th to 20th Century. Baccarat traditionally created the glass and crystal for Christofle silver pieces, but is not marked Baccarat. The pieces are all hallmarked for the Gallia line. Great overall condition, all the glasses are in good condition, however two have small flea bits, nicks to the rims, and there are some chips to the bottle stopper as per pics.
Plating is still bright, some rubs marks, signs of and surface wear as per pics. The cups are two different designs and there are six of each design, some glass liners are faceted and others are plain.
